25 years experience with dealerships across the country prior to becoming a National Sales Trainer in 1999.

Started as a salesman in 1970.

Successful management career as Finance Manager, Finance Director, Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, General Manager, and Executive Manager.

Involved in many community and national service organizations including Boy Scouts of America, March of Dimes (executive member of the Board of Directors), Rotary International (Paul Harris Fellow), Arizona Super Bowl 2008 volunteer committee member.
