John entered the car business in 1976. Building on a successful foundation of sales, he went on to hold positions as new car sales manager, used car manager, finance, general sales manager, general manager and group vice president over multiple dealerships.
Additionally, he has experience in sales with the Cadillac Motor Car Division of General Motors, building a retail sales division for a Fortune 500 company in the manufactured housing industry and heavy duty truck dealership management.
John's extensive dealership experience allows him to be comfortable working with dealers in any capacity; whether it's recruiting and training new, intermediate or advanced salespeople, analyzing and training in fixed operations or building F&I performance.
Training people for today's market is an extension of the philosophy that has always been instrumental in his success. Screen for the right attributes in people and support them by not only providing professional training but also teaching them the habits they need for consistent high performance.
