Don has been working in the Service division of the automotive industry for over 35 years. He has achieved many certifications ranging from basic technical certifications to a Fixed Operations Management Degree.

He began his career as a basic technician and progressed through Master Technician, Service Advisor, Service Manager, and finally the Fixed Operations Director position. During the 25 years as a Fixed Ops Director he designed and implemented his tried and true "Wellness Processes" to transform sick fixed operations departments into "well" profitable departments. This "Wellness Process" is currently being successfully used in regional and national dealerships, as well as publicly owned corporate consolidators.
