Cliff began his career in the automotive industry after years of managing employees in the grocery business. After a series of unfortunate events, Cliff realized that he needed to take control of his life and achieve something that he had never achieved before. In order to achieve something he never achieved before, Cliff realized that he had to think in ways he never thought before. Taking that into consideration, the fact that he had a family to feed, and that he had not yet completed his college degree Cliff spoke with a trusted friend who recommended the automotive industry. Despite criticism from friends and family, Cliff decided to give it a try. During his first year, Cliff achieved the highly coveted Salesperson of the Year award, in addition to other awards and recognitions. He quickly graduated to a sales manager position, and then decided to share his success by becoming a trainer with TK Worldwide.

Cliff strives to spread a positive message to everyone that he encounters. Cliff gets his passion and enthusiasm by finding people that are in the struggle he once endured and helping them find a new path in life. One of Cliff's favorite things is hearing back from previous students and allowing them to share their own stories of success.
